    The AGM will be held at 6pm, Saturday 15th March 2025 at the Cosmopolitan Club; 5 Taniwha St, Taupo (room available from 5:30pm), followed by dinner and prize giving . To book your place for dinner and register your interest  in joining the Saturday pre-AGM drive and lunch, please complete the online form below.

    If you wish to make a nomination for a position on the committee, please download the nomination form at the bottom of this page, complete and return to the club Secretary by 28th February 2025.

    On the Saturday morning, 15 March 2025, we will depart from Taupo for a drive and lunch, returning to Taupo for the AGM and dinner - more details to come.

    Record your family name in the reference area. Please pay the Fraser Car Club for the dinner.

    An informal club "convoy" to Taupō is being arranged by members of the Car Club from Auckland and Wellington. If you are travelling from outside those areas and would like to organise a convoy, please let us know.
